RHB Malaysia paymentDetails Limited to 20 Characters
MY_IBG and MY_IBFT payments from an RHB account are now rejected on create when paymentDetails is longer than 20 characters. The limit was 140, and RHB rejected MY_IBG payments with longer details after they were sent.
